Sloop Betty Cocktails

Maryland Mule

½ of a lime
2 oz Sloop Betty Vodka
4 to 6 oz spicy ginger beer like Fever Tree or Goslings

Squeeze lime into a Collins or highball glass (or a copper mule mug if you've got one!). Drop in remainder of lime and fill glass with ice. Add vodka and top up with ginger beer.
 

Daily Pinup

2 oz Sloop Betty Vodka
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
½ oz honey
3 oz iced tea

In a cocktail shaker, shake with ice and dump into large pint glass (don't strain into new ice). Garnish with a lemon wedge on a skewer.

 

Bloody Maryland

2 oz Sloop Betty Vodka
2½ oz Bloody Mary mix (such as George's)
2-3 dashes Tabasco
Old Bay

Rim a glass with Old Bay and fill with ice. Add all ingredients and stir. Garnish with a celery stalk and olives.

 

Vodka Martini

French Vermouth
oz Sloop Betty Vodka

In a chilled martini glass, pour a small amount of French (dry) vermouth, tilt and rotate glass to coat the inside. Dump (or drink!) excess vermouth. Fill a cocktail shaker or large glass with ice, add vodka, and stir until outside of shaker or glass is frosted. Strain vodka into martini glass and garnish with olives or a lemon peel.

 

Rockette

2 oz Sloop Betty Vodka
1 oz Cointreau
½ oz lime juice
1 oz cranberry juice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Shake, and strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.

 

Dirty Girl

3 oz Sloop Betty Vodka
1 oz olive juice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add Sloop Betty and olive juice, shake, and strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.

 

SLOOP BETTY HONEY COCKTAILS

Eastern Shore Lemonade

2 oz Sloop Betty Honey
4 oz lemonade (not from concentrate)
Juice of half a lemon
A dash of your favorite bitters (try Bittermens Tiki Bitters)

Fill a glass with ice, add ingredients, and stir. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

 

Kent Island Iced Tea

2 oz Sloop Betty Honey
½ oz Cointreau (or Triple Sec in a pinch)
Juice of half a lemon
4 oz Iced tea

Combine all ingredients in a tall glass with ice and stir. Serve with a sprig of mint.

 

Spring Blossom

2 oz Sloop Betty Honey
1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 oz elderflower liqueur (such as St. Germain)

Combine ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker, shake, and strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon peel. For a fun twist, try adding a dash of Scrappy's Cardamom Bitters to the mix.

 

Chesapeake Mimosa

½ oz Sloop Betty Honey
1 oz orange juice (not from concentrate)
Dry bubbly sparkling wine

Add honey vodka and chilled orange juice to a champagne flute. Top up with dry sparkling wine. Experiment by adding a dash of your favorite bitters.
 

 

Ice Pick

2 oz Sloop Betty Honey
3 oz iced tea
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Fill a glass with ice, squeeze in lemon juice, add other ingredients, and stir.

 

 

Keep 'em Flying!

2 oz Sloop Betty Honey
½ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
¼ oz Maraschino liqueur (try Luxardo)
¼ oz Creme de Violette

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.

 

Sweet Screw

1.5 oz Sloop Betty Honey
Orange juice (not from concentrate)

Fill a glass with ice, add honey vodka, top up with orange juice, and stir.

 

Baltimore Betty Honey

2 oz Sloop Betty Honey
1 oz Patron Citronge
Splash of pineapple juice
Splash of cranberry juice
Squeeze of fresh lemon

Shake over ice and strain into a martini glass.
